Fireball Moonlite Classic
July 3 2006

The University of Tennessee Ag Campus was the site for the annual Fireball Moonlite Classic 5K, held once again on the evening of July 3.
Folks started arriving at the registration table early and were met by a crew of KTC's finest.
Hundreds of runners gathered on Neyland Drive for the start of the race.
KTC apparel sales were available to any and all, courtesy of Diane Scarbrough and her assistants, Jill Bedford and Brandi Manis.
The field was stacked with lots of very fast runners.
The KFD crew hung a huge American flag over Neyland Drive.
Everyone stood at attention during the National Anthem.
Tensions ran high as the throng awaited the crack of the pistol.
The gun sounded and the runners were off!
Super Stew Elllington burned up the course en route to a smashing victory.
O.J. Striggles was runnerup.
Thanks for being a part of another wonderful Independence Day celebration.  See you next year at the Fireball Classic!
