KTC Officials Organization

The Knoxville Track Club Officials Association is a highly respected group of track officials whose skills and dedication have ensured the success of high profile high school, collegiate and national level meets for many years. Without question the largest and most talented group of judges, timers, and race officials in the southeast, their ranks include members who have participated in numerous college conference championships, USATF National Meets, Olympic Trials and the Olympic Games.

They would welcome your participation. Training clinics will be upcoming, and certification will take place for new officials. In addition, uncertified volunteers are always needed to serve in entry-level support positions in all events at meets throughout the year. Jim Brown is the USATF Officials Certification Chair for the State of Tennessee (www.usatftn.org.)

For more information, contact Steve Luper at sluper@fellowshipknox.org. Steve is the official’s coordinator for meets at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville High School Annual Track and Field Championships, and other college and AAU meets.
