7/10/06 Met with Jerry Tipton to discuss arranging audit of marathon account, as was done last year. This needs to be accomplished in order to complete registration for our state license of a charitable organization. Jerry will make the auditor arrangements. He suggested that for the coming year, it would be advantageous for the marathon to be registered separately with the state and have it’s own EIN so that the club is not required to have an annual audit.
Sent “Please re-join” letters to individuals whose KTC memberships have recently expired.
