Website Advertising

  • List your race on the KTC Event Calendar
  • Three Options Available:
    • Free Basic Listing includes Race Date, Race Time, Race Name, and Contact Information
    • $100 Listing includes the Basic Listing information plus a direct link to your race form or website
    • $125 Listing includes the Basic Listing information plus two links, i.e., to your registration form and your website, or your online registration service and your form or website

Footnotes Advertising - Entry Form or Ads

  • $100 to include entry form in Footnotes Magazine
  • $50 for an insertion in an additional issue
  • DISCOUNT - $50 for a web link on event calendar as well as entry form in Footnotes
  • $125 for a full page display ad
  • $75 for a half page display ad
  • $40 for a quarter page display ad

Course Certification

Equipment Rental

  • $100 Time Clock and Stand
  • $25 per Time Tech
  • $25 for Finish Line Materials (includes poles, plates, and rope)
  • KTC does not offer start/finish line stanchions or cones

Timing Services/KTC Assisted Event

Time Tech Timed Event

  • Base Fee: $500 for first 250 registrants
  • $2 per registrant over 250
  • Includes:
    • Data Entry of pre-registered registrants
    • Labeled Bibs for pre-registered participants
      • KTC can provide a generic bib or organizers can provide a specific bib
    • Race Day Data Entry of participants
    • Instructions for Registration Volunteers (organizers provide all volunteers)
    • Finish line equipment including time clock, stand, starter pistol, and chute materials
    • Finish Line Manager - organizers must provide 6 to 10 volunteers for the finish line (KTC is NOT responsible for bringing or recruiting volunteers)
    • Results production
    • Results sent to Knoxville News-Sentinel
    • Free listing on KTC Event Calendar (website)
      • Can upgrade to link for $100
    • Consulting with KTC Event Manager

IPICO Timed Event

  • Base Fee: $500 for first 200 registrants
  • $2 per registrant over 200
  • $100 additional fee if start and finish line are in different locations
  • Includes:
    • Data Entry of pre-registered registrants
    • Labeled Bibs for pre-registered participants
      • KTC can provide a generic bib or organizers can provide a specific bib
    • Race Day Data Entry of participants
    • Shoe tags for all runners
      • Twist ties to secure shoe tag to runner's shoes
    • Instructions for Registration Volunteers (organizers provide all volunteers)
    • Finish line equipment including time clock, stand, starter pistol, and chute materials
    • Finish Line Manager - organizers must provide 6 to 10 volunteers for the finish line (KTC is NOT responsible for bringing or recruiting volunteers)
    • Results production
